I started out as a member of Massage Envy back in 2019 and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere. Shortly after I began my career with HELIX² as an Assistant Manager and have since moved up to General Manager.

The thing I love most about this company is the affect we have on our client's health, both mentally and physically. Even though I have only been a General Manager for a short amount of time I have gained knowledge of the industry firsthand. Self-care is what we are about and that starts with taking care of yourself first.
