I started my journey at Massage Envy in 2018 as a front desk sales associate. Throughout the years I was able to gain the experience needed to be a successful general sales manager. Being able to help people understand the need of self-care is what drives me to do better every day.

The HELIX² is a team that not only has teamwork and dedication it has a true support system. The diversity of this team is what allows HELIX² to be successful.

While being with Massage Envy I have learned to love our 90-minute-deep tissue massages. As a full-time mom and manager it’s important to relax and release any stress from our everyday routines. We not only have the benefit of self-care through Massage but we also have the benefit of looking  our best in the adore collection from live evolutionary.
